The management of Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) has officially announced an extension of the registration deadline for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise.
According to an official memo released by the Office of the Registrar on June 29, 2026, the Vice-Chancellor has approved a one-month extension of the registration exercise.
New Registration Deadline
The registration, which was originally scheduled to close on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, will now remain open until Friday, July 31, 2026.
Important Information for Candidates
Candidates who are yet to complete their registration are advised to make use of this extension before the new closing date.
Applicants who did not initially choose AE-FUNAI as their first-choice institution but wish to study at the university should promptly carry out a Change of Institution/Course at any accredited JAMB CBT Centre or JAMB office before completing their registration.
All previously announced admission requirements, eligibility criteria, screening procedures, and registration guidelines remain unchanged.
