Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for qualified candidates.
According to the management, registration for the screening exercise began on Monday, 25th May 2026.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Candidates must choose IMSU as their first choice institution and score a minimum of 160 in UTME.
✅ Candidates who did not initially choose IMSU can also apply after changing their institution to IMSU on the JAMB portal before the application closes.
✅ Direct Entry applicants must possess relevant qualifications such as OND, HND, First Degree, or A’ Level certificates.
✅ Candidates are advised to upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS to avoid disqualification.
🔹 Application Fee
The screening form costs ₦2,000 only.
🔹 Closing Date
The application portal will close on Thursday, 25th June 2026.
